Klowntown

Details

When the English town of Warrington was visited by a peaceful race of aliens in 2010, the townspeople were ecstatic and friendship between the humans and aliens blossomed.

However, some felt that the aliens - nicknamed “Klowns” by the Warrington residents - had eventually overstayed their welcome and decided to take matters into their own hands.

Inevitably, war soon broke out. This film investigates the event, known in government circles as the “Klowntown Incident”, through clips of archived news footage and interviews with people who witnessed the war firsthand.
